This Privacy Policy explains how WINSLOW 90LUKAS PROJECTS Inc., 120 Valley Dr, Shelbyville, KY 40065, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles personal information when you visit or watch content on this website (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Support and contact messages. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write in your message. The contact form opens a draft in your own email app; it does not transmit anything to us until you send it.
• Business enquiries. Contact details you provide when you ask about partnerships, licensing or press.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard server log data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you request, the time of your request and the referring page.
• Playback data stored on your device. The Service stores your playback position, saved series, likes and similar preferences in your browser’s local storage. This information stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Information we do not collect

We do not require an account, do not ask for payment details, and do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics at launch. We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, biometric data, or government identification numbers.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To operate, secure, debug and improve the Service.
• To understand, in aggregate, which content is being requested and to protect against abuse such as scraping or denial-of-service attacks.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement and responding to enquiries), consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligation.

3. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers. Hosting, content delivery and email providers that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Legal requirements. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process or a valid governmental request.
• Protecting rights. When necessary to investigate fraud, protect the safety of users, or defend our legal rights.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage — not advertising cookies — to remember your playback position, saved series and likes. These entries are stored under keys beginning with karaite. and remain until you clear your browser data or use the “Remove” controls in My List.

Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

5. How long we keep information

• Support messages are kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends, so we can handle follow-ups and recurring issues.
• Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period consistent with security and operational needs, typically no longer than 90 days.
• Local playback data stays in your browser until you clear it. We cannot access or delete it remotely.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and least-privilege administration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

7. Children

The Service is intended for viewers aged 13 and older. Some series are rated 16+ and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact j8z5ke@3522288.xyz and we will delete it.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.

We will verify your request using the email address you contact us from and respond within the time required by applicable law (usually 30 to 45 days). You may use an authorised agent; we may ask for written permission and proof of identity. You can also clear local playback data directly in your browser settings at any time.

We operate from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland.

10. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
